Pros
There are some really great people and volunteers working there!!! It's a hospital and primarily they are there to help people and that's a great thing. The benefits are really good as long as you watch every move you make.
Cons
Upper management was a mess when I was there. There were so many mid to high level execs either resigning or getting fired you couldn't keep up. The HR department totally mishandled my benefits and caused me to lose seven months of health insurance and gave me incorrect information related to short term disability that caused me to be disqualified for that benefit after I had to have surgery. I was out of work for nine months with zero disability income due to their mistakes. Also, based on my experience and job description, they pay EVERY low wages to employees with an extreme amount of responsibility for the accuracy and importance of patient orders and care. This knowledge terrifies me every time I'm in a hospital and this last part seems to be industry wide.
