      There is a talent pool that is untapped within the organization. The police are more professional and educated than they give credit.

      Cons

      The hospital administration has not taken advantage of the potential their Law Enforcement arm has to offer. They are leaving way too much on the table in the way of professional operations and collaborations.

      Caring and compassionate culture. Everyone from the volunteers to the CEO truly embodies the organization's mission and values. Best place that I have ever worked!
