      The work environment is great. Leadership is kind and caring. Pay is outstanding. Everyone is excited to come to work.

      Cons

      The only downside might be a coworker who lacks social awareness, but what workplace doesn't have people like that?

      Low census for ED. Self scheduling. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      Lower pay but fair trade off for low volume. Management doesn’t listen to staff for feedback before making changes. They micromanage everyone.
