Really bad executive management starting from the CEO. The CEO has no clue how to run the business and to motivate the employees. The company has no money to invest in its people or products. The growth is not there and the investors have stopped trusting the company. Products do not work in the field and end customer die from thousand cuts with excessive and unnecessary alarms from the products. Really toxic culture with low morale. Good employees have left this company.
