Observing the company’s responses to even mildly critical anonymous feedback is telling if this is how they handle anonymous reviews, it's not hard to imagine how genuine internal feedback is received. Constructive input doesn’t appear to be welcomed unless it aligns perfectly with the established way of thinking, often referred to internally as “the metric way.” Diverging from that is often seen as being wrong, rather than a different perspective.
