Senior Management - extremely biased. Remuneration and benefits are very poor. Bad culture where bullying is prevalent and nothing is being done about it. Everyone is promoted into leadership roles without the proper qualifications and experience. Need to be best friends with someone in management to get anywhere. Hard work is taken for granted. No recognition.
