Salary is too low, not enough people to support projects

Managers are super supportive. I love that leadership pours in resources and time into fostering a sharing and celebratory culture in the company. Whenever I did good work, I'll get shoutouts and praises from managers and teammates.

Projects you get to work on on may be dependent on what projects the company takes on at the moment and not necessarily aligned with your expertise or interest. However, I can tell that my manager tries to align them as much as possible.
