Serious lack of communication and direction - General Manager Metro Corral Partners Employee Review

Poor work life balance to the point that it’s highly unrealistic Higher up genuinely doesn’t help nor care to listen to any suggestions on ways to fix issues/staff is always leaving and putting more on managers. Everything gets directed to someone else and no one knows what they’re doing. Communication is seriously lacking and many problems could be avoided if their HR knew what she was doing but is too focused on her home life problems. Never once did she communicate expectations and basically wasted my time and work training.
