Pros
Metro offers its future employees several positions that are initially used to interpret which position its employees will be most effective in once employed. Its staff prove to be quite helpful and considerate during training hours and are very welcoming throughout the entire experience.
Cons
As most companies would see fit in the first place, Metro tends to give its newer employees the more awkward shifts to help them cope with future schedules in the workplace, which doesn't necessarily need to be considered a con in the first place, depending on how busy future employees are with personal affairs.
