      Pros

      Good pay and benefits once full time. Lots of overtime because they intentionally don't have enough staff, Lots of vacation.

      Cons

      Backstabbing co-workers, Terrible constantly changing shifts, Horrible Union and Management relationship. Expect you to work lots of overtime to cover for lack of manpower.

      Hours were always available, multiple shifts and locations, shift bonuses if you complete the requirements, in house school
