Pros
You can quit quickly, they pay you consistently and on time.
Cons
Staff are very rude and disrespectful to each other. There is little chance of becoming a full-timer, benefits and pay is horrible for part-timers. They promote white men over another people. It is almost impossible as someone of diversity to get a career going. The promotions go to tho0se who are good friends of the store manager.
