- choice of half hour or full hour unpaid lunch - impossible to fire you - generally chill people
Cons
- yearly raises if any at all - managers take all responsibility with little compensation and are thus overworked, stressed, and more often than not pissed off - hours are lost the following year if hours don't get used - usually only minimum wage available - worst training to sit through in your entire life
