When I was employed there, they told me I was gonna make $500 weekly guaranteed. The catch is you have to get 4 sales in order to get $500 weekly. I specifically asked the manager over and over again was this true, he replied yes. If you don't make sales, you will be making $10 an hour. They tell you you're going to be trained within 4-8 weeks. The manager expects you get everything together by day 4. If not YOU WILL BE FIRED by your second week. This company is just like any other marketing firm, it's all about sales! I told them in the beginning I wasn't a sales person they said that's okay we don't like sales people. They want you to eat sleep and breathe this job. He told me this is not a sales position, but that's what it's all about. Please don't believe the hype. People were dropping like flies, this company cannot hold new people for more than 2 weeks. I'll be nice and give it a month. If you are not a sales person, I advise you not to apply to this company! If you don't want to sell cable your whole life DONT APPLY. I cannot stress this enough. This is by far one of the worst companies I've worked for. I hope corporate sees this and makes some adjustments.
