Pros
If you like to work independently, this is a good place for that. You can deside how ofter you work. You get to work around lifes schedule, school events ect.. They have immediate rush orders that they will call you for tge rest go into a lottery.
Cons
The only 2 cons i see are. 1st. I don't vlive in a big metro area. The bigger the area the more jobs. 2nd and the biggest con for me... They use a lottery system. So who ever responds to the email gets the job. And you never know from Monday to Friday till 11pm when the email might come in.
