Pros
I was non union, so some experiences may be different. Health / vision / dental insurance is some of the best I've ever had. PTO is generous, and I appreciated the flexibility that came with my position and being salary non exempt.
Cons
TOXIC management. Back stabbing, a definite pecking order among employees, policy changes that make no sense but must be implemented immediately. This is the company that taught me not to trust anyone I worked with.
