      Pros

      You could count on stable decision making with resigning CEO.

      Cons

      Integrity issues: H+H interests overshadow mplus interests. Medicaid abuse reportable to AG approving all claims for H+H with no medical necessity reviews is a huge gamble for Metroplus and the livelihood of 1200 employees. Who is allowing this? California style?

      Collaborative and supportive work environment. Leadership is approachable and focused on improving member experience. Strong mission serving the community makes the work meaningful. Good work-life balance and helpful training resources. Opportunities to build skills and grow professionally.

      Cons

      Some internal processes can be slow due to regulatory requirements. Communication between departments can occasionally be improved. Workload can increase during peak enrollment periods, but teams support each other.

      Pros

      Hybrid, good benefits, salary is ok. The company is actively working to improve operational processes.

      Cons

      Hybrid is not guaranteed. Fully remote options not available for most positions. Not many opportunities for advancement depending on the department.
