Pros

The team is generally nice.

Cons

Leadership is so incompetent they take forever to make decisions and then reverse course anyway. They spent the last six month heavily recruiting and building a stronger marketing team preparing for growth. This included people relocating and leaving careers with great companies based on promises of resources to help turn the company around. As soon as things were ready to start they cut all marketing spend in January. They just laid off the entire marketing team, sales and comms and much more. They say it’s Coronavirus related, but it’s the effect of a long line of terrible decisions that led to them not being able to survive a few months in a downturn , one that is actually increasing policies in March for them.
