Great company - Assistant Program Manager Metron, Inc. Employee Review

Overall, one of the best companies I have worked for (and ive worked for quite a few). Because it is employee owned, there is a level of transparency that most people wouldn't experience at other companies. Leadership takes employee suggestions seriously. I believe that the best is yet to come.

No 401k match (but there is an ESOP which vests after 3 years)

Good salary, benefits, and retirement package

Lack of employee development, lack of leadership training, lack of recognition.
