Lot of cons - The person sitting in Delhi (XXnish) is the horrendous and he bluntly speaks anything for anyone - be it male or female. The entire team is leaving the great company because of the person and the boss above him. - Calling team members useless on teams call ; the saddiest person passing negativity to the entire team and demotivates everyone. - He doesnt know the job of VP but pretends like he is the one running entire IT team. - The boss above him is just a lacky doesnt hold any material command over the team and allow this person to speak anything. The Entire team has left in last 6-7 months its high time that Management to realise the mistake of hiring the person based on so called "laggas" of boss , coming from telecom company. - The person takes leaves whenever he wants however if employee asks even one day leave then he has to get it preapproved atleast before month or two - No work life balance
