      Focused on customer service which makes things a little crazy in the lab but it is a fun place to work.

      Cons

      10 hour shifts would be better.

      Flexible with time off, usually.

      pay, inexperienced management, work load, always a concern about "how much stuff costs" when its a laboratory and everything costs.
