      Management is worse, how they treat their employees are really bad. you have to work under pressure. Micromanagement in every project

      great pay, benefits, flexible hours

      Cons

      very low on time delivery rate new management has no clue what they are doing current shop moral is so low and affecting any chance for positive change in their environment.
