Great benefits and the cookware is well made. They have a great wellness program which involves going on the company walks and collecting credits for time off.
Cons
They have a number of employees that have been their since high school so it is cliquish. Also the processes are homegrown and are not industry best practices. if you stay for any length of time it will be hard to transfer your skills to another company.
