Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company and cannot fathom how they have received a single positive review, although I am glad to know some did not go through the anguish.

Cons

Working here is a lesson in how not to run a business because despite being in operation for fifteen years the organisation functions with the chaotic instability of a failing start up. There is a staggering lack of basic operational protocols and you should expect to work illegal hours including back to back overnights with zero days off only to be berated by superiors the following morning who are notably absent when it comes to answering emails or providing actual support. Head office are free to demean and belittle freely in emails, calls, or recorded training videos to no consequence and provide no policies to protect their workers. Lone working is the norm here with a total absence of safety protocols even when staff are forced to manage horrific high risk mental health crises and self harm incidents involving residents without any training or psychological support. There is no human resources department and grievances go into a void. The budgeting strategy appears to be scrimp and ignore and as a result the apartments are essentially neglected shells, withholding money from residents that is rightfully theirs and cutting compliance corners to save a pound. Management refuses to invest in basic redecoration or essential maintenance effectively operating as high priced slum lords who prioritise short term cash flow over the safety and dignity of the students living there. The financial treatment of staff is equally insulting with abysmal and below average pay for every single role across the business. Furthermore there are no paid sick days available which forces employees to choose between their physical health and their basic financial survival. The culture is one of performative shouting and professional negligence and if you value your mental health your physical safety or your labour rights you should look elsewhere, or risk crying in the staff bathroom daily. This is not a professional environment but is instead a liability waiting to happen.
