Supportive colleagues but poor communication and staffing - Director of Career Services Miami University Employee Review

Support departments are extremely understaffed/ underfunded in comparison to some other schools. Upper administration tends to chase flavors of the month, with projects being constantly started, worked, then abandoned. Substantial lack of communication and transparency
