      Pros

      Great bunch of employees. Nice work environment. Excellent people to work with. Except the owner.

      Cons

      Only problem is you can't trust the owner in regards to pay or anything surrounding money. Nice enough guy.... You just can't trust him!

      Pros

      I got to interact with general and sub-contractors on a professional level

      Cons

      Every payday at least one person would come into the office and complain about not being paid. I didn't make a ton of sales (because his mark-up was way to high!) but the sales I did make I was never compensated for.
