The pay and the hours if you don’t have family and nothing to do
Cons
No schedule for second shift or sanitation, you have to work 6 or 7 days in the row and that means 14 or 21 days in the row some times. Leads don’t help in the floor outside smoking or talking or chasing girls or guys, Supervisors you hardly see them and is been like this for at least more than 10 years, my husband worked there before me and said is always like that. Also if you want to advance you need to be the brother, son, cousin or the brother or sister of someone already a Supervisor or lead.
