Very rural location. Lots of favoritism throughout the company. They don't have a strong training program for many of the positions. The people who have been there for years tend to bully newcomers causing a very toxic work environment. No one in management or upper HR really cares about the people. Benefits are good, but don't cover many necessary meds.
