Pros

I've been working for MJA since April 2022 and I can honestly say I really enjoy working here... I work remotely which suits me as I live on the Kent coast and dont want to work in London. Mike & Ami are great to work for and very knowledgeable about how recruitment works on a day to day basis, and are always on hand if you have any questions or not sure about something. We have some great client accounts and long standing relationships which are worth their weight in gold... I've been in this industry since 1998 and worked for a few Rec Companies and during the inteview process they often tell you you'll have jobs given to you or its a warm desk, and very rarely does this happen - however when I joined MJA I was handed roles to work on from day 1 and its been pretty constent ever since! The salary and commission is good, if you want to earn more commission you can by bringing in new business (which you will be rewarded for). If you're looking for a remote role then this would be a great company to work for... Glad I was introduced to MIke and Ami 2 years ago!

Cons

If you prefer a hectic recruitment office then this might not be the company for you? I personally prefer working alone as you get more work done, and there's not distractions...

Pros

Great company to work for so far. Brilliant opportunities to grow / learn from Senior management. Brilliant commission structure, with good clients and plenty of roles to work. Also remote working is a very large bonus.

Cons

None that I can think of.
