Working for Michael Todd Beauty has been an incredible experience. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed into a true family-oriented culture where employees are valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. Michelle and the leadership team genuinely care about the people who work here, creating an environment that is both professional and positive. One of my favorite parts of coming to work each day is Murphy, our office dog, who always brings smiles, comfort, and a little extra joy to the workplace. It’s the small things like that, combined with the supportive team atmosphere, that make Michael Todd Beauty such a special place to work. I truly love my job and am grateful to be part of a company that fosters teamwork, respect, and a sense of belonging.
