Pros
I have worked as a maintenance engineer for 8 years and can honestly say Michelin is a fantastic company to work for. Great flexibility, work/life balance, wage, training, performance related bonuses, and support for employees. The company has a great family feel and has many different family based events and the actual work atmosphere is exceptional.
Cons
Unfortunately due to company restructuring the plant is closing in 2018. Personally it's very disappointing as there are few places to match the opportunities available here.
