Good Company; Great Values. But poor people in Management. - Operating Engineer (Maint) Michelin Employee Review

Useless human resource. Corrupted transport and canteen facilities. Frequent change of local policies. Company values in Display Boards only. No career improvement. Worst(or NO) Salary hikes. Worst salary system (a fresher and 8 years experience person getting same salary). Huge partiality between Senior and Junior staffs (In other plants there is nothing like junior/senior). No response or they would turn against us if we ask/request anything.
