Autocratic, dominant culture Pune leadership and other people has to work like slave, french are torturing like hell. Pune manager are just puppet of French leaders. For unethical cases no one has guts to speak up, defend or help others. Everyone is trying to save their chair and job, no job security. Even false hiring happened in my team that poor guy had to leave in a month. HR are the dictator showing their 30yrs of experience as bullying and treating others inferior.just drama and no peace and happiness in office. It's like tri bhi cup meri bhi chup. Who ever is in middle management and above, never join this company. They lack leadership, everyone here is transactional. Many unethical cases and biased things happen. Some window young ladies are getting Higher education reimbursement easily but others not and she got big promotion and top management visibility all because of bias and unethical personal benefit
