      Brand value, Product quality, respect for people etc

      Cons

      India : Political management. Deals on interpretation and not facts...Do not Trust employees and judge them on only interpretation and N+1 feedback. No opportunities after a certain level. IJP process is just a for a sake of having it in place.

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
