Not sure how certain “leaders/management” got to where they are and have too big of egos to listen to even the long term employees there. Since COVID.. work from home opportunities have been stripped and told this “benefit” will no longer be available to anyone now or in the future. Everyone must commute. Office spaces are being built for more people to be put into cubicles and offices taken away. Pay is not competitive. Your “promised” a career path but it is all talk (many employees say this). New management do not want employees promoted.
