The opportunity to make a difference in the lives of homeless animals.
Cons
The excessive euthanasia. Misleading the public with statistics that don't honestly reflect the unnecessary deaths. It costs money to manage sickness and keep animals alive, and it requires a dedicated infrastructure. The lack of true leadership and direction.
