      Benefits were pretty good and my actual coworkers were great

      CEO and directors are motivated by ego and do not care about the actual needs of the clinic and employees. And of course, underpays.

      Pros

      Very fulfilling work. Certainly has you feeling as if you've made a difference in the community.

      Cons

      Zero communication between management levels. You will not be notified of anything in advance, expect to have the rug pulled from under you every day with zero communication about day to day operations.
