Bottom line more important than employees - Anonymous employee Micro Focus Employee Review

Layoffs every other week (or so it seems) with no plans in place; those that are left are crazily overworked--trying to pick up the pieces. Murdoch very obviously cares only about another pay day. Horribly crass in communications--resulting in a company where no one feels valued. Money, money, money--that's what's important--your employees? Who cares? If anyone has any SPOT of talent, they've either left already, or are looking for an out.
