Dynamic team, if lucky good coaching manager, interesting product range, a lot of liberty to interact with customers and prospects.
Cons
Share price and giving too much value for investors not so much for the employees, which are treated just as an "asset" - no employment stability. Too much short term priorities on quarter results, motivating reps to "cash out customers" and then shift job.
