Leadership is inconsistent with no clear pursuit of objectives. Senior staff and new hires are given little supervision or logistical support by a management team that frequently involves staff in office political infighting and playground activities. Human Resource department is missing all together leaving no safe party for employees to turn to regarding inconsistencies in pay, treatment, concerns, etc. "Software is expected to have bugs" is a known explanation of company craftsmanship and goals, often leaving clients to accuse staff of purposefully mismanaging products to generate business.
