Pros
I get to learn, am not micromanaged, great benefits, remote work opportunities, social outings, and flexible work hours. I come in wondering what today will bring - in a good way.
Cons
Different thinking from corner offices result in conflicting instructions from time to time. I don't like elevators. The office is on the 6th floor, but I get my 10,000 steps every day.
