Change in ownership, change in culture. - Customer Care Specialist Microbe Formulas Employee Review

The new ownership group is not on site in Idaho and don't appear to be too interested in being here. They check in once in a while but only to throw a free lunch at the hourly people. The company has changed a lot since the owners sold it. A lot. I heard that Microbe Formulas as a brand doesn't even exist anymore. I guess I left at the right time.
