Small company (lots of hats to wear) No bureaucracy (direct co tact with owner every day/open door policy) I would definitely still be there if I didn't need to get out of the country

Small company with limited output, you can see the ebb and flow of business, fast turnaround

It's a family company, the people are easy to get along with, the work is fun and the management are easy to talk to about anything you may need to bring up to them.

Being a smaller company, if someone calls out when it's busy you've got to work harder to make sure that everything gets done on time, but once you're trained the work is enjoyable enough that it doesn't feel like that much.
