- A good stepping stone.
Cons
- Micron used to be a very good company, unfortunately it's manage by a team of ex-Sandisk management from India. - There are tons of VPs, Sr. Directors, Directors and Sr. Managers are ex-Sandisk Indians. - Do not expect a career advancement if you not from their clan. - Micron have setup a site in Penang, Malaysia. This is to replace the current back end manufacturing from Micron Bendemeer to Micron Penang. - If any of the team members from Micron Bendemeer resigned, the replacement will be transfer to Micron Penang. - Micron even setup a new site in Micron India. - Micron management don't care about the employees and all they concern is only politics.
