Pros

I enjoy having the flexibility with vacation and family events. I have never been rejected for requests. They often go out of the way to make sure your family events can be attended. The managers are fair and easy to get along with. Bonuses are great and the job is challenging and satisfying.

Cons

The medical benefits are getting worse every year and I have paid several thousand dollars for out of pocket expenses for surgeries and lost provider choices. I have also spent many hours on the phone with Dakota Care getting payment issues resolved: wrong billing codes etc. It is easy to get money when you have less experience but the longer you work there the harder it is to get raises. Promotions for more senior personal are non existent. I received the highest performance ranking, and meet the requirements for promotion in our group but did not get a raise or promoted to the next level. Promotions are often connoted with the death of employees.

Pros

Strong organizational growth – The company is continuously expanding, which creates exciting opportunities for career development and new challenges. Attractive RSU compensation – With the recent significant rise in stock price, the RSU (Restricted Stock Unit) package has become a highly rewarding part of the overall compensation.

Cons

Organizational silos – Each team or department tends to operate in its own silo, which can limit cross-functional collaboration and visibility into what other groups are working on. Overly strict internal security policies – While data security is important, the current policies can be excessively restrictive, making it difficult to share documents and resources even among colleagues working toward the same goals. This can slow down productivity and hinder efficient collaboration.
