Absolutely none, as abysmal as the reviews on the main account they will not claim as their own, this "Microtech group" page is completely made up to hide all the negative reviews that microtech support Kilmarnock has gathered they can do nothing about.

If you are a field engineer you WILL be double and triple booked, nobody will care, you will get the blame from the customers.
Bare minimum holiday entitlement wrapped up as a benefit.
Megalomaniac narcissistic person governing the whole show through yes men who are half related to him so will not be fired or so spineless they will hold onto the sinking ship kicking anyone off that makes it lighter for a few seconds.
Made up reviews and lack of ownership of actual company main account on glass door which tells me finally their employment pool is drying up and tactics like this start.
The wage is something a level one telephone agent would start out on, just under 20k
No HR department (the woman who does the wages doesn't count)
Claims to be agile but nobody here is agile trained and if they are there is no way the owner would let them do anything but reactionary actions, absolutely no preliminary work is done here, no documentation, people will leave left and right and the only access to vital information for doing the job is in their head, this is how you stop yourself getting fires BTW if you do go for it.
