      Pros

      The weekly pay is ok. Some knowledge about cars to be learned.

      Cons

      They will do you dirty. Management lied about paying me to go take my state certification. Management lied about me leaving an oil cap off, in front of a customer, when it was 100% his fault in micromanaging (I think intentional). Management then refused to look at the camera for proof, deciding to send me home at 8:30 am.

      Unreasonable commission expectation, demeaning upper management, revolving door of management and employees.
