Pros
An up and coming brand due to Midas corp selling to big money from Japan few years ago (TBC). Will be a future player. Local owner or group will matter in how well your store is run, so it's different for every store.
Cons
Poor field staff support which tries to sell snake oil half the time your working with them. Corporate mentality and policies are being implemented nationwide and not considerate of the different markets regardless of location.
