Pros

Supportive team, Potential for Women's Health Resourcing

Cons

Fast growing company, hiring process does not prepare one for the level of expertise needed to adequately and safely perform this job. Two weeks of onboarding does not give a provider with little experience in hormone management enough time to be confident and prepared. Leaves one feeling inadequate and fearful. Very liberal antibiotic use without adequate evaluation.

Pros

Meaningful work helping women through menopause and weight management. Fully remote position with flexible scheduling. The mission is rewarding, and there are opportunities to develop expertise in women's health.

Cons

Compensation is below market for experienced nurse practitioners. There is no 401(k) match, and the health insurance benefits are disappointing, including limited coverage for the company's own services. Frequent provider turnover results in patients being reassigned multiple times, disrupting continuity of care. Very short appointment slots and increasing productivity demands prioritize quantity over quality, making it difficult to build therapeutic relationships, provide comprehensive care, and earn bonus incentives.
