Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re happy to hear that your internship has offered valuable mentorship, flexibility, and a healthy work–life balance. We appreciate your note about the independent nature of the role as well — preferences vary, and feedback like yours helps us support interns in the ways that work best for them. Thanks again for your contributions, and we’re glad to have you on the team!
Good pay if you hustle and don’t take your PTO. Good hours if you enjoy waking up early. This company genuinely wants to help consumers, they give you lots of flexibility to create payment plans/settlements customized to the debtor. If you want to feel value in your job, this is a very good position to help others in.
Cons
Management takes constructive feedback personally. There will be genuine work disparities in numbers or unavailable SOPs and leadership will get defensive/act as though you are the issue. It is very confusing that even computer issues get taken personally. If you can disconnect yourself from their emotions, it is an OK environment. So many carbs.
