Pros
Small enough to know the names of peoples faces and shake hands with the corporate President and VP's. The local Management and their employees really are good people trying their best to do a difficult job. (KUDOS ALL THE WAY)
Cons
Midwest Motor Express has taken a new direction and now PRIORITIZES FREIGHT. We have 3-4 major accounts that we are instructed by Executive Management to service first. If we fail to service these PRIORITY CUSTOMERS first we are reprimanded.
